This apartment has a perfect location for those who like to access all the most important monuments of the beautiful city of Paris.
Our resort has a total accommodation of 40m2 perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 with the double sofa bed located in the dining room.
The kitchen is separated from the living room and you can have everything you need for cooking such as coffee maker, microwave, oven.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and is located opposite the galley.
Across the holiday apartment there is a room tastefully decorated with one bed for two and is in the living room where you will find the sofa bed for 2 people, if the accommodation is occupied by 4 people.
Other amenities you can count on are wireless internet, LCD television and DVD player's with some movies for relaxing moments in the apartment.

Important Note:
The check in is done with a security code that the guest will receive by the owner by mail.The place to do the check in is open from Monday to Sunday and is only accessible to code. The check in from 5pm and you have to leave the apartament before 11am.
Payment method:
To confirm the booking a 50% of downpayment is required. 15 days before the check in, the balance of the booking will be charged by bank transfer.
Cancellation policy:
In the case of cancellation more than 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the 23%,will be returned to the tenant.
If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 16% of the deposit will be returned to the tenant.
For any cancellation later than this date, no refund will be possible.
In case of "no show" or cancellation the day of arrival, 100% of the price have to be paid.
