The kitchen, very wide and it's very well equipped just to let the guest feel like athis home: there is an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils thta you can need to eat with your family or wuth your friends.
In the living room there is a round table to eat and to watch the Tv available for them. Important Note:
The check in is done with a security code that the guest will receive by the owner by mail.The place to do the check in is open from Monday to Sunday and is only accessible to code. The check in from 5pm and you have to leave the apartament before 11am.
Payment method:
To confirm the booking a 50% of downpayment is required. 15 days before the check in, the balance of the booking will be charged by bank transfer.
Cancellation policy:
In the case of cancellation more than 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the 23%,will be returned to the tenant.
If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 16% of the deposit will be returned to the tenant.
For any cancellation later than this date, no refund will be possible.
In case of "no show" or cancellation on the day of arrival, the 100% of the amount will be charged.
